I thought, seeing as I like to list, that I might make a list of all of the things that I want to do in the future.
1. Create my own zine.
This intimidates me slightly, as I have never done one before and I really wouldn't know what do make it about. I have toyed around with plenty of ideas, but none of them seem good enough. I have four main interests: writing, music, craft and op shopping. Do I pick one or focus on all of them at once?
I am always slightly nervous about trying something new.
2. Start up my own craft business.
I am not going to post on here what my plans are, because it is The Internet, and anyone could be watching. I would hate for someone to steal my ideas before I even have a chance to do them myself. Basically, though, I am going to start with my own market stall, and Etsy store.
3. Own my own shop.
This is probably my biggest dream. I would love to open my own vintage store/cafe. I would stock vintage pieces, as well as accessories made by local artists. The cafe would transform into a bar at night. There would be a 'take one, leave one' bookshelf. All my friends would be there all the time (and they have already promised me this).
4. Publish a novel.
I don't care about money, and I don't care about fame. I just love writing so much, that I would love to put my work out there. The idea that other people could read my word-baby is pretty incredible.
5. Record an album.
This is a goal that I actually almost have the ability to do. I have nearly all the equipment I need - I basically just need to get off my lazy arse and write some songs. And then put them up on Bandcamp.
6. Start my own web series.
This one is a long shot, but it would still be a pretty cool thing to do. Some kind of speculative fiction (leaning more towards sci-fi, but in some kind of contemporary environment)...I don't really know what it would be about, but definitely something relevant to my interests. This, of course, would only happen if I ever made friends who could act/do special effects.
Anyway, these are my current dreams. I may not accomplish all of them in my time, but I will certainly try.
